Palace magnificence version inherent to the buildings of Russian Classicism was significantly dampened in the "manor" version, became more humane or as one would say now, more ergonomic.
Just with this house we associate the image of the traditional family nest, which today has not lost its relevance. This recently implemented two-storied mansion has a good chance over time to become a family nest, all necessary prerequisites are present. And the most important of these prerequisites is the classic style of the house, giving to its facade features of a timeless aesthetics, robustness and nobility.
However, it is worth noting that just such a time-tested design of homes delivers to the architect much more bother. If you want to do classical style at now time, you must not only have a certain store of special knowledge, but to be able to apply them in the current situation with its new technologies and materials.
The work on the facade of this house was held by our design studio in such a way that it is adequately perceived in the context of our time. Forged elements and exterior moldings in large extent help to achive such results. But both of this technique was used in a strictly regulated "doses" and carefully selecting a graphic image. Such an approach is usually a guarantee for a decent and respectable appearance of houses with a classic design.
Nevertheless, the traditions of the family nest are based not only on the architectural solidity of "image": since family mansion it is also comfort, warmth and friendliness. Soft and friendly primary color of the facade - olive helps for the house to have all these wonderful qualities, besides of all, it creates a sense of relationship with the environment. Estates first of all is and foremost is a house surrounded by nature, which further emphasizes the decoration of the facade, which uses floral motifs.
