The growing popularity of house design in the European chalets-style is explained quite simply: this type of country house, like no other, makes it possible to fully enjoy own relationship with nature. This beautiful two-story chalet built in the suburb of Dnepropetrovsk is perceived organically on the sloping river bank, as well as would be perceived on the high mountain slopes. Without a doubt, it will be very pleasant to live in this beautiful house, something self-sufficient, independent of the temporal and territorial bindingsin presents in the shape of this house.
This type houses design seems to be eternal, as tales of the Grimm Brothers. Despite the fact that the house is quite an impressive structure, it does not seem bulky and heavy. This external lightness is achieved by the original design of the houses, which uses a mansard roof type. Peaked roofs with high wind carved planks give the house a tangible aspiration up to the clouds but,in fact, even the second floor is still quite far away from them. A large role in organic form of the home, made in our design studio, plays a clear distinction between light and dark levels.
First floor is light, almost white: the walls are processed by rough plaster, the dark woodwork windows and stained glass wall entrance distinguishe effectively on this background. The second floor is lined completly with pine boards, tarred and darkened as it were from time. At the same time on both floors you can see front decorative inserts that give quite a European aesthetic to the design.
Authentic image of a traditional chalet is fully preserved in the shape of the house, although this building is constructed from the foam concrete - a building material with low weight and high thermal insulation properties, which becomes important in terms of our rather damp winters. However, to live in this house in the summer is very comfortable: it has two balconies and a terrace, anticipating entrance into the house. It is very convenient that terrace is divided into open and closed parts, so that there will be comfortable in any weather.
